It was a very difficult time for me during the time that I needed to find a new place to live, I had used a few realtors without any luck. They either tried showing me apartments that were totally out of my price range or just not suited to my needs. Sometimes they would show you one if you weren’t interested they stopped calling. Then my niece had contacted Rozanne without my knowledge. Rozanne would send her listings to see if I was interested. She hadn”t even met me but was listeneing to information my niece would give her, Then, Thank G-d, we finally met to go see a couple of apartments. After meeting her I knew she would be the one to find me an apartment. She was very accessible, very professional, very caring and most importantly very patient because I was going through a difficult time and could be very trying. She persisted with a smile but not pushing, She found me the perfect lawyer and helped with finding people for some renovations I would need done. Always available to ask questions. If she didn't have the answer she would try to find the answer as quickly as possible. Even after signing she is still there trying to help with anything that may come up. She is such an amazing realtor but even more a very special Human being, She cares about her clients and not just make a sale. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Rozanne is a very pleasant person. Upon helping us sell our home, she was available at all times if we needed to be in touch with her. it was great to be able to just give her the keys and run the show while us getting on with life.
